City Information and Records


The Office of the City Clerk is responsible for the care, maintenance, and preservation of all City of Osage Beach's records.

This Office houses all legal transactions, Board of Aldermen minutes, agendas, deeds, ordinances, resolutions, alcohol permits, contracts, franchises, historical, and regulatory information.

The City Clerk is designated as the City's Custodian of Records by City ordinance.

The Office of the City Clerk administers a records retention and destruction policy as required by the State of Missouri.
