Tan Tar A Estates Sewer Assessment:

The City of Osage Beach contracted with Horner & Shifrin, Inc. to complete a Sewer Assessment for the Tan-Tar-A Estates. This was made possible with grant funds for the purpose of studying the sewer collection system within the estates, a sewer collection system in the residential subdivision operated and maintained by the City of Osage Beach.

This is the initial stage for the City in determining the quality of service in the area and provide a plan to address any required upgrades to the system to improve the quality of service provided to the property owners within the subdivision.
