How do I get a license to do business in Osage Beach?

Any person(s) engaged in business, callings, pursuits, professions or trades, or in the keeping or maintaining of any institution, or other occupations as listed per City Code, is/are required to obtain a business license from the City. To obtain a business license from the City of Osage Beach you should submit a completed Business License Application along with payment of $50 (renewed annually), a copy of your Retail Sales Tax License, and a Statement of No Tax Due from the State of Missouri. License applications may be downloaded from our website, and are also available at City Hall. Please contact the Office of the City Clerk for more information.
