A sign permit is required when erecting, repairing, enlarging, altering, or relocating a sign within City limits. (Some exclusions do apply, i.e. real estate signs.)

Permit application packets include, but may not be limited to, the following:

  • Completed and signed Sign permit application
  • Plans and Specifications, i.e. footings, foundation, electrical, measurements
  • Rendering of the sign faces or sign message
  • Site Plan (if applicable)
  • Property owners written consent (if owner is different than applicant)
  • Sign permit fees (paid upon approval)
