How can the community address the Mayor and Board of Aldermen at the meeting if they don't plan to attend?
- Questions or comments for the Mayor and Board of Aldermen may be sent to the City Clerk no later than 10:00 a.m. on a scheduled meeting date.
- Submitted questions and comments may be read during the Citizen's Communications section of the agenda.
- The Board of Aldermen will not take action on items on the agenda, nor will it respond to questions although staff may be directed to respond at a later time.
The Mayor and Board of Aldermen welcome and value input and feedback from the public.
