The City of Osage Beach does not have a property tax. The City is funded solely on Sales Tax collected on sales made within the City limits of Osage Beach. The City collects sales tax equal to two percent (2%); of which one percent (1%) funds the General Fund, one-half percent (0.5%) funds the Transportation Fund, and one-half percent (0.5%) funds the Capital Improvement Fund.
