[ARCHIVED] TIF Commission

TIF Commission will meet on March 27, 2023 and April 17, 2023 regarding the Oasis at Lakeport project.

Resolution 2023-01 was approved by the Board of Aldermen on March 2, 2023, referring the proposed Oasis at Lakeport Tax Increment Financing (TIF) application to the TIF Commission, for consideration under the real property Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act.
