Both Mayor Lyons and Mayor Franzeskos asked staff from both cities to produce an ordinance that ensures public safety through a licensed and insured service, creates an open, friendly, and level playing field for all competing businesses, ensures adequate taxi and transportation options at the Lake to provide safe and efficient rides, and that which eliminates duplicate regulation between the two cities.
